Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Propled, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Propled provides software tools for creating proposals, managing clients, and issuing invoices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share your account or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Free trial & billing

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, a subscription fee applies per your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all proposals, invoices, and client data you create. By using Propled you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service.

6. AI-generated content

Proposals generated by our AI are drafts for your review. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before sending it to clients. We make no warranties about accuracy or fitness for purpose of AI-generated text.

7. Limitation of liability

Propled is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
